Jewish Dominatrix

Kinky Jewish Dominatrix

Growing up in a Jewish family has definitely impacted by interest in BDSM. There are so many stories in the Torah + Talmud about surrender, devotion, and power. My first Femdom crush was Lilith. I was taking a class on ‘Jewish Women in the Talmud’ in Hebrew school and when I first learned about Lilith I decided to do a google search on Her. To my surprise, my google search was filled with images of powerful women and modern interpretations of Lilith dressed as a dominatrix.

Being an Ashkenazi, Jewish Dominatrix in NYC means I have a lot of opportunities to connect with Jewish clients who revere Dominant Women and are intrigued by the Femdom lifestyle. I really enjoy being able to intertwine my Jewish religious upbringing into my play with Jewish clients. From teflillin bondage, to ritual mikvah baths, to weekly sessions based on that weeks parsha, Judaism is a constant source of inspiration for me and my jewish clients!

BDSM in the Hasidic Community

A lot of the Hasidic and deeply religious community is primed for devotion and submission. I have found that when playing with me, it is my Hasidic clients who are most eager to bring religion and blasphemy to the forefront of our play. Our faith and upbringing can endow certain ritualistic acts and objects with power, and it is easy to adapt and alter that for sexual purposes. In my interview with Buzzfeed, I refered to these objects as having “a deep reverence with the community, so playing with them becomes more powerful… (playing with these objects can provide a chance )to take power over something they might feel constrained by, utilizing it in a way that serves them. They’re consensually surrendering rather than conforming to some community obligation.” For so many religious individuals the pathway to submission and devotion is so deeply carved, that it is less work to get on the same page.

I very much enjoy brining religious relics into my sessions. I have often bound my Orthodox clients with Tefillin (black leather boxes, containing verses of the Torah, that are worn during prayer). I’ve also done a lot of play with ritual bath or Mikvahs. as well as a wet t-shirt contest using my clients tallit katan (fringed undershirt.

“Mistress Danielle Blunt, 28, half-joked to me, “I did have the thought that if I lost my platform for advertisement, I would just walk around Williamsburg in leather and hand out flyers.” – BuzzFeed
